Orders and payment
Every order is invoiced in Zambian kwacha. Services are set up once the invoice is paid in full. An order that isn't paid by the invoice due date may be cancelled.
Renewals
Hosting renews at the end of each billing period, and domains renew yearly. We invoice renewals in advance and send reminders 7, 3 and 1 days before the due date. If a renewal invoice isn't paid, the service may be suspended 3 days after the due date and is restored when the invoice is paid.
Domains
Domains are registered in the details you give us, and you're responsible for keeping them accurate. If a domain isn't renewed before it expires, the registry may release it, and we can't guarantee it can be recovered.
Acceptable use
You may not use our services for spam, malware, phishing, copyright infringement or anything unlawful in Zambia. We may suspend a service that puts our server or other clients at risk.
Your data
You own your website, email and data. Keep your own backups of anything important. We'll help you move your data if you leave.
Refunds
Domain registrations and transfers can't be refunded once submitted to the registry. For hosting cancelled within 14 days of first payment, contact us to discuss a refund.
